a factory in Shirone City (now Niigata City) and production of paper bags for

sawing machines, a slitting machine, two pouch forming machines and an offset

the factory to the present site. |

a high-speed slitting and rewinding machine and a 1,100mm slitting machine were

company name to "Hoshino Yoshiten Co., Ltd." Installed a two-color
offset printing machine. |

a patent of in-house developed double apple paper bags. Started production
of flower wrapping materials with offset screen printings. |
| 1982 | Installed
a 1,600mm cutting machine and an 800mm offset two-color rotary printer. |
| 1985 | Bought
a land of 600 tsubos in the Kameda industrial estate (Niigata City) Installed
a semi-automatic screen printing system. Started to export fruit paper bags
to Taiwan. |
| 1986 | Started
to export fruit paper bags to Korea. |
| 1988 | Installed
another semi-automatic screen printing machine, aimed at meeting with increasing
needs from both domestic & overseas customers. |
| 1991 | Purchased
a room of resort condominium in Myokokogen Town (now Myoko City) for employee's
welfare. |
| 1995 | Installed
two boilers with output of 1,500 g/h each. |
| 1999 | Installed
two triangle-bag forming machines designed to produce triangle grape bags. Established
Flower material division aiming at expanding sales all over Japan. |
| 2000 |
Established an overseas factory in Shandong, China and started operation. Started
to export products to Chile. |
| 2003 |
Increased the capital to 50 million JPY. |
| 2005 |
Changed company name to "Hoshino Co., Ltd.". |
| 2006 | Established
a strategic business alliance with "Floral Support Co., Ltd.", the wholesale
store of flower materials. |
| 2007 | Started
taking action to obtain certification of ISO 9001:2000. |
| 2008 | Obtained
certification of ISO 9001:2000. Launched a project "Niigata Gift Line
Project: COTOMOTO". |
| 2009 | Obtained
certification of ISO 9001:2008. Replaced in two new boilers with output of
1,000 g/h each to cope with Global Environmental Issues. |
